I help as an outsourced Chief Commercial Officer. I lead the marketing and sales efforts for the company. I create the sales strategy, process and execution plans. I will also hire the sales people.
What’s included
- I meet with the CEO every week to give an update on progress. Once I implement a professional sales infrastructure in the company, then I transition to sales management duties. I will run a weekly sales L10 meeting.
