SI owned the creation of scalable business models and functional design, using proof of concept modeling and pilot projects, associated strategic projects, forecasting, deployments, integration initiatives, and company acquisitions to ensure fiscal responsibility. Culminating in an over $100mm investment from private equity to continue the companies hyper growth trajectory.

Immense distributed IT support and infrastructure needed to ensure smooth operations for all faculty, staff, and students across University system and affiliates. Responsibilities include design, project management, and budgeting for technology projects for University and Hospitals. Oversight of new campus design infrastructure and tech stack. Special projects include custom application design for medical simulations, technical instruction upgrade of over $10mm in equipment and resources, inventory management and auditing, and SOP documentation.

D Technologies included servers, ERP databases, client machines, ethernet, printers, phones, scales, tablets, and temperature systems. Projects include a production label print design which saved the company over $100,000 a year in labor costs, multi-site expansions, mobile invoice delivery and print system, security access systems design, and software application design.

As the U.K’s most recent Champion Beer of Britain winner, Moor Beer Company has grown from a small farm in Southwest England to one of Europe’s premier craft breweries now based in Bristol. Responsibilities have included working with the owner on all aspects of managing and operating a microbrewery in the UK. Special projects include a social media integration program with aggressive branding techniques and a redesign of the company website using the WordPress platform. Recent projects include site surveys and cultural assessments for possible future expansions for international operations, coordination of an expanded online retail presence, complete redesign and build out of website and strategy, server migrations, and coordination of an anniversary festival with an estimated 5,000 attendees over 3 days.

Responsible for the upload, presentation, and upkeep of The Ohio State University's digital media library. Duties included but not limited to: conversion of physical and digital media into numerous file formats and combinations, delivery and setup of special presentations and exhibits, maintenance of secure database and related technologies, translation from server to active html link, quality control sampling and troubleshooting.

Responsible for assisting and instructing customers as well as troubleshooting of a wide range of in-room technologies for clientele such as professors, faculty, staff, and students at The Ohio State University. Other responsibilities included but not limited to: computer hardware maintenance, computer re-imaging and software solutions, delivery and setup of audio/visual equipment, acting as a liaison between customers and higher-level management.

In charge of day to day managerial task of several computer centers of the campus at The Ohio State University. To ensure operations run smoothly tasks included cleaning, ordering of supplies, supervision and training of over 75 employees, interviewing and hiring potential job candidates, general customer service, and troubleshooting of technologies.
