SI owned the creation of scalable business models and functional design, using proof of concept modeling and pilot projects, associated strategic projects, forecasting, deployments, integration initiatives, and company acquisitions to ensure fiscal responsibility. Culminating in an over $100mm investment from private equity to continue the companies hyper growth trajectory.
