The Strategic Cash Flow & Profitability Assessment is a focused CFO-level examination of the financial and operational drivers affecting your company's profitability, working capital, and ability to generate cash. Using my proprietary 16-driver operational framework , I look beyond accounting results to examine the activities throughout the business that ultimately create those results. Depending on the company, this may include revenue generation and conversion, pricing, customer and product profitability, gross margins, productivity, operating expenses, receivables, inventory, purchasing, payables, working capital, forecasting, and cash conversion.
