Built the virtual experiences platform for Eventbrite so that creators could host events online during the COVID-19 crisis. Helped build the Machine Learning loop for Eventbrite’s consumer recommendation system. Analyzed GA+SQL cohort data to identify most-retained user-groups to target. Helped create the new Eventbrite Music product, accounting for 30% of the business.

Follow-Up was an Alexa and Google Assistant app that let Sales Reps talk directly to Salesforce. Developed Machine Learning loops with NLP using serverless architecture Lambda + Node + Java. Scaled business 100% year-over-year prior to exit.
