Terryberry acquired Walker Tracker to bring the combined power of employee recognition and wellness to the market.
In my role, I sold the Walker Tracker wellness product under the greater Terrybery employee engagement offerings. I focused my time on developing relationships with brokerages/carriers who want best to support their employer groups with best-in-class wellness solutions.
In my short time in Terryberry I was a top net new logo rep. My top month I sold 17 new logos when the next best on the team was 3. I also led the effort on our first few 7 figure deals.

During my time with Walker Tracker (a 15-person bootstrapped start-up), I worked closely with the CEO and CRO on everything from GTM strategy, marketing, sales processes, hiring, metric tracking & quarterly predictions, and managing a team of AE's.
With this, I ensured our sales team was providing knowledge to HR and Wellness leaders at every corner. In a changing world of hybrid & remote working, where employee satisfaction and engagement are #1. We strived toward a healthier, more engaged, and empowered workforce. Ultimately meeting our goal and becoming acquired in April of 2022, joining the Terryberry offering of services.
During this time I grew into a sales team lead, managing 4 AE's towards our team goal. Overall we grew from $800k ARR to $4M in 2.5 years.
