Currently serving as the economic development director for the Rockdale Municipal Development District. Worked to activate a new 550-acre and 100 acre properties for industrial development. Created marketing materials and participated in marketing activities to achieve desired industrial attraction goals. Marketed and sold a 166 acre property for a new 672-unit subdivision while helping create the developer reimbursement mechanisms. Created special funding sources for community improvements. Developed data-driven strategic plan and target industry analysis.

Served as the Assistant City Manager, Finance Director, Economic Development Director and helped manage the municipal airport and civic center. Provided hands-on assistance in managing the organization, including optimizing operations and seeking organizational efficiencies. Managed the citys finances, including our investment portfolio - which I diversified into buying securities and increasing our investment income by 500%. Prepared and managed the City's budget; developed a sophisticated structure of internal service funds. Created a financing structure which allowed the City to complete a $4 million streetscape project.

Wrote and managed $1.5 million City budget. Wrote winning grant applications for community projects. Completed the Jefferson Transportation and Visitors Center construction project.
