CGS started as a remote call center and VA company. Calls, support, and back-office work for businesses that needed things done. Working inside those businesses changed what I built. I noticed something. The business worked only because the founder held everything together. The structure existed only in one person's head. Remove them, and the business stops. So I built a way to extract it. I designed the Universal Business Wheel (UBW), a system that maps how a business actually runs across its core functions: leads, clients, outreach, onboarding, tracking, and measurement. I integrated it into CGS and rebuilt the company around it. Today I map and extract, pulling out what lives in the founder's head and converting it into a structure the team can run. CGS handles the rest. A team of operators installs that structure and runs it daily, follows up, coordination, tracking, decision support that keeps the business moving without the founder holding it together. We operate across multiple businesses, different industries, and stages. CGS runs on the same system I built for every client. The UBW is now a licensable operating system that installs across businesses without rebuilding.
