As CTO, I led the engineering organization, developed a platform that processed 10B+ offer downloads, generated $100M+/year revenue, and reached 100M+ households. I also led technical due diligence and post-merger integrations for both acquisitions - Kroger (NYSE: KR) acquired YouTech in 2014, retaining it as a subsidiary, until Inmar acquired YouTech from Kroger in 2019.
