WhoKnows is a lead gen platform that provides an AI-powered “growth lab” for startups to rapidly experiment on what audiences, channels, and messaging work best to build their optimized lead gen engine. It over 370M AI-enriched, verified profiles and run multi-channel sequences via email marketing, SDRs, LinkedIn automation, and paid ads. WhoKnows was acquired by LeadGenius.

I was responsible for leading our PM efforts including working on our next-gen light field cameras, light field R&D roadmap, and envisioning and building a new end to end photography experience from shoot to share based on light-field innovation. I led the team that built the entire off-camera product and platform from scratch. Our product experience includes desktop software, corporate site, ecommerce, web application, mobile application, and social media. I worked extensively on our business development efforts to integrate our product as well as marketing campaigns with partners.

I was a Principal Product Manager at Reputation.com, a leader in the growing online reputation market. I led a team of Product Managers and Experience Designers that are responsible for the online reputation side of our business. I and my team launched 3 new freemium offerings and halved our attrition rate for our core products. We seamlessly embedded viral flows for acquisition and game mechanics for engagement.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is Intuit's flagship online financial management software (FMS). · Responsible for monetizing QBO from acquisition to conversion to attach to additional offerings using A/B testing · Introduced in-product framework to enable rapid testing, measurement, and release to improve upgrade and attach · Notable tests include requiring credit card for all new trialers (and QBO Free users) and showing a startup interrupt message to entice users to upgrade · Drove 3x improvement in new users acquired and 33% improvement in conversion of users to paying subscribers · Redesigned first time use experience which halved the time to value for new users

INTUIT COMMUNITY Intuit Community is an online community where small business owners can get answers to their business and product-related questions. · Led team of product managers and experience designers to combine all of Intuit's small business forums into one site called Intuit Community using a question and answer format like Yahoo Answers · Led team to embed community directly into QuickBooks 2009 and Intuit.com (Live Community) allowing users can ask, answer, and discover business and product-related questions in the offering · Converted Live Community widget into a platform so all Intuit offerings (and external partners) can embed community directly into their website or product JUMPUP.COM (now Intuit Community) JumpUp was a community where small business owners can start and grow their business and connect with others · Grew the # of users 4x over 6 months using SEO, marketing, and new features · Led redesign of information architecture to focus on key topics for users using analytics and user interviews · Led team to design and build Just Start campaign microsite including widgets and Facebook apps (won Warrillow award for best small business marketing campaign)

QuickBase is a software as a service solution that empowers business users to build Internet applications · Designed and launched the QuickBase Application Library, a customer-contribution repository of solutions to increase the conversion rate of trial users by offering more breadth and variety of application templates
