At Platform Venture Studio, I served as Head of Growth for Fund 1, incubating over 10 companies, and leading all things business/growth for them through seed funding. Our fund was industry agnostic, and I supported both B2B, B2C, and marketplace startups.

Hivemapper is a decentralized mapping network that enables monitoring and autonomous navigation without the need for expensive sensors, aircraft, or satellites. At Hivemapper I built a thriving community of drone pilots and dash-cam drivers to enable a decentralized network of map data. During my time, I led all things community, social, performance marketing, and pilot operations.

At Starry, I was the "do anything necessary" person in the DC Market. I installed radios, mapped cable paths, pulled cable myself, led marketing events, sold building owners on installation, installed internet in people's homes, and then built teams to do that as we grew. I helped the market grow from buying our first backhaul to installing our 20,000th customer. I co-founded the onsite solutions team in 2015. I then grew the team from 0 to $20m annually, and launched a $1m e-commerce business on the side. I helped market, sell, and develop the product offering from a simple app to a suite of products for our customers. By the end of my tenure I led a global team of 40 people supporting events in 20 different countries.

Cvent is the largest event management software company in the world with 2,500+ employees and tens of thousands of customers. Cvent offers software to help meeting planners increase event attendance and decrease event costs. In addition, it has tools that help meeting planners find event venues and marketers conduct web surveys and email marketing campaigns. As a Senior Client Success Consultant I performed the following duties: • Manage and support over 150 client accounts through personalized product trainings, assistance in software implementation, and best practice reviews to streamline processes and increase return on events
 • Advise clients on how to leverage marketing opportunities with social media and email campaigns
 • Collaborate with other departments to increase product adoption and determine product enhancements based on client feedback • Conduct personalized web-based trainings for corporations and associations • Participate in training and development of new employees through mentoring and coaching in both our McLean, Va and New Delhi, India offices • Participated in Brand Ambassador program to further Cvent's marketing goals through strategic social media sharing and engagement
