Assisted with integrating accounting systems and internal financial reporting processes of companies acquired throughout the United States. Analyzed consolidated financial reporting of the US operations. Reviewed and assisted in preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings.

Prepared and reviewed SEC filings for companies in manufacturing industries and distribution. Managed audits of defined benefit, health and welfare and 401k audits. I was also a national audit instructor, teaching new hires out of college.
