Scope of Services Provide up to 10 hours per month of CFO/COO-level consulting, with the flexibility to scale engagement based on business needs Translate ownership vision into actionable financial and operational strategies Advise on business growth, scaling initiatives, and organizational development Support financing efforts, including preparation for lines of credit, loans, and capital raises Provide guidance on asset acquisition, real estate strategy, and construction-related financial oversight Conduct financial and operational reviews, including performance assessments and reporting Identify inefficiencies, operational friction points, and opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement Offer strategic input on future projects, expansion planning, and long-term positioning Executive Presence & Strategic Value Serve in a fractional Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations Officer capacity, providing structured oversight and executive-level insight without the cost of a full-time hire Maintain a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to both financial and operational functions to ensure informed, data-driven decision-making Strengthen organizational credibility and financial positioning when engaging with lenders, investors, and strategic partners
