CG Spectrum is an online education company specializing in teaching the creative technology skills needed in the film, media, tv and gaming industries.
I took over leadership from the Australian-based co-founders, establishing operations in the United States, integrating an Australian acquisition, and implementing a 3 year growth strategy projecting 3x revenue growth by 2025 to $33M and 20% EBITDA margin.
While overseeing a global staff of 200+ and operations in 90+ countries, I raised two successful rounds of capital; refined the product strategy achieving a 85 NPS score; turned revenue around from a 20% YoY decline in 2022 to a 25% YoY growth trajectory; beat FY EBITDA expectation by 65%; and returned the business to profitability post-acquisition.

Provided advisory services for Berlin-based, PE-backed education conglomerate The Future Group, including coaching, mentorship and support for the CEO, Chief of Staff, Chief Product Officer, and Head of Instruction.
The engagement focused on three challenges:
*improving GPM;
*undergoing due diligence for a possible acquisition of a new subsidiary as part of expansion strategy;
*supporting senior leadership with change management as the conglomerate formed and independent businesses merged under a new umbrella.
Achievements included:
*GPM improved from 55% to 78% in 8 months
*The acquisition was abandoned due to lack of added value to the parent company's nascent ecosystem
*The CPO implemented a new centralized tech stack and onboarded the subsidiaries under my guidance and supervision.
*The Head of Instruction was promoted to oversee all verticals across all subsidiaries due to his success at managing the integration and the team changes that resulted from the GPM improvement project.

I led the revenue-generating arm of the business comprising of 60+ team members across marketing, B2C and B2B sales, operations, insights, and learning experience design creating, launching and growing the Careers Fellowships - where talented, mid-level professionals join a thriving network of like-minded peers in order to become more successful in their careers.
*Led team through a major reorganization, including defining new functions, roles, levels, teams, growth pathways, workflows, KPIs, priorities and processes.
*Led recruiting of new hires resulting in team of 15 growing to 60+.
*Established product strategy, launched a B2B channel, and defined GTM systems and tools for revenue operations, including the initiation of a Salesforce implementation.
*Achieved 5x YoY revenue growth from $4M to $19M in year one.
