This was an interim full-time role to build the foundations and drive growth. I was hired as the first Chief Marketing Officer (Head of Marketing) at Symmetry and joined the Executive leadership team post-acquisition. I built the Marketing org from 0 to 10 and spearheaded end-to-end B2B demand gen, revenue growth marketing, brand, and lifecycle marketing programs (i.e. customer acquisition, adoption, activation, and retention funnels). I managed owned, earned, and paid channels and our lifecycle customer programs. Additionally, I led the revenue growth & marketing efforts for our largest business segment. Under my leadership, we successfully contributed to Gusto's 50% year-over-year growth and achievement of over $500M in ARR.
