- Established a new GM structure with P&L responsibility and led a team of 75, spanning Creative, Brand, Social, Content, Integrated Marketing, and Consumer Insights to help transition the company from a product-driven strategy to a brand-driven strategy.
- Introduced the first brand vision and architecture, spearheaded Curology’s first foray into cultural leadership, performance & brand driven 360 campaigns, social relaunch, multiple innovative product launches, and improvements across UA activities.
- 2Xed revenue to $250M ARR in 1.5 years, by streamlining creative, expanding GTM channels, capturing two distinct white spaces, and refocusing efforts to a full-funnel consumer approach.

- Founded, nurtured, and scaled Wonolo to a 9-digit ARR, $75M raised from top-tier investors (Sequoia, Bain Capital, etc), and most importantly, led an organization of 200+ employees who truly love working at Wonolo. Held roles as CBO, COO, and CEO during my time at Wonolo.
- Developed and deployed Wonolo's brand strategy and architecture, a framework from which all team members brought to life our promise of Happy Workers are Better Workers.

- Selected as global marketing trainer for DNA: The Coca-Cola Way of Marketing, with a focus on Brand Strategy, Brand Growth Strategy, and Brand Vision and Architecture, developing curriculum and training top marketing talent around the world.
- Developed Coca-Cola's first global Interactive Strategy, aligning brand strategy with the emerging digital channel. Strategy helped grow Facebook's largest brand page, establish a single global Coke.com presence, and build digital programs with participation from 100+ markets.
- Created the Where Will Happiness Strike Next? platform, first brought to life by the Happiness Machine viral video. Won 20+ industry awards including a Gold Clio, redefined the way we look at content creation and deployment at the Coca-Cola Company, and help legitimize the Interactive Strategy for full market adoption. Personally asked to speak on this as case study at numerous brand & digital industry conferences. - Responsible for Coca-Cola's product, package, and equipment innovation pipeline and activation. Expanded numerous innovation platforms and launched PlantBottle packaging, the world's first 100% recyclable and 30% plant-based PET, decreasing our carbon footprint and building our sustainability efforts.
- Led global communication programs including the award-winning Christmas campaign run in over 100 countries.

- Managed the Fanta portfolio in Japan, with responsibilities ranging from strategic development and brand planning to product /creative development and in-market marketing execution.
- Strategically repositioned YoY declining Fanta brand with focus on retaining existing consumer base and recruiting new generation through consumer-relevant innovation. Delivered double digit volume growth and profitability and solidified a clear portfolio position alongside the Coca-Cola Trademark. Drove -Fanta Japan to the "Billion Dollar brands" ($1 billion in revenue) milestone in 2008.
- Developed and successfully launched the world's first "shakable sparkling drink", FuruFuru Shaker, which created 5+ million cases of sales, more than 1 million new users, and was named the #1 new beverage of 2008 and the #19 most popular new product or service in 2008 by Nikkei BP. Personally named as one of "The 20 People You Need to Know" in 2009 by Nihon TV.
